We send off in stock items, within Australia, normally within 24hrs of receiving your order (often much quicker) via Australia Post or TNT.

What happens when you place an order?

  • We process payments and package products within 24 hours (often sooner)
  • Average Delivery is 3 to 7 working days.
  • If you haven't received your product within 8 working days of placing the order please let us know immediately Ph: (03) 9005 1708.
  • All postage costs include insurance and other handling costs. If your product/s go missing and can't be tracked down, you can be assured, we will replace the item at no cost to you*.

* Important Note: Eventhough we make every effort to get your order to you in the shortest possible time - Genfo Australia and associated businesses and companies can not be held responsible for failed delivery. If your product isn't delivered we will attempt to track it down via our frieght company and if that fails we will send you another product (the same as the initial order) at no cost to you.

* If you would like to arrange your own freight we are happy to support this method but insurance will be your responsibility. Genfo Australia and associated companies take no responsibility for loss or damage of any Genfo Australia products sent via a freight company not associated with Genfo Australia - Genfo Australia sends all freight via Australia Post or TNT depending on size.
